Day SEVEN of our 8-day road trip through the highlands of Iceland! Driving and river crossing adventure to Aldeyjarfoss and Godafoss in North Iceland. The way to Aldeyjarfoss takes you through a few farms and out of nowhere the parking lot appears. Then it’s about a 30-minute walk to reach the falls. We drive on the F-road F26. We also stop at Godafoss since they’re only about 45 minutes away from each other. Lastly, we make a quick detour to the Christmas House in Akureyri. Explore Iceland’s sights off the beaten path.
