Hi August 👋🏼 ⁣ ⁣ A month that brings big Hi August 👋🏼 ⁣ ⁣ A month that brings big changes in Iceland. ⁣ ⁣ Cooler temperatures. ⁣ Dark nights. ⁣ THE NORTHERN LIGHTS. ⁣ ⁣ I was on vacation for the month of July and coming back home I can definitely feel autumn in the air. The Lupine are gone. The air is crisp. Some rivers have changed from teal blue to brown (third photo). ⁣ ⁣ It’s bittersweet because we know that summer is dwindling, yet we welcome back the darkness and start preparing for winter coziness. ⁣ ⁣ I love the next three months though, it always reminds me of my first trip to Iceland - a beautiful dose of nostalgia. ⁣ ⁣ Anyone visiting August-October?
