I’ve always been obsessed with turquoise, so havin I’ve always been obsessed with turquoise, so having it as the brand color for Iceland With a View was a given from the very beginning.But when I decided to rebrand last year, I realized the bright turquoise I’d been using for years didn’t quite feel like the version of Iceland I wanted the brand to reflect anymore.I kept coming back to the idea that I wanted the colors to feel more rooted in the landscape here.Thankfully, @lydkerr COMPLETELY understood the assignment 🙌🏼The teal she chose feels spot on for Iceland. I live right beside the ocean, and on certain days it looks like she color-matched the brand directly from the water outside my window.And it’s a color that continually shows up throughout the nature here. You can spot it in crater lakes, glacial rivers, and the vibrant water rushing through some of Iceland’s waterfalls.It’s one of my favorite parts of the rebrand, and every time I see it (either out in the wild or in my branding) it makes me so happy 🤗#reykjaviklife #icelandplanning #icelandadvice #guidetoiceland #islandia
