What is the weather like? What are the road conditions?

This itinerary perfects the timing of each day. Research still needs to be done to understand Icelandic weather, driving rules, etc. All of this information can be found in my guidebooks.

This is one of the BEST times to be in Iceland…🇮🇸 This is one of the BEST times to be in Iceland…🇮🇸

It’s not QUITE high season yet - we’re still in spring, which means shoulder season.

So while the country is starting to warm up, you don’t get the crazy crowds that summer months bring.

The days are getting longer, road trips get easier, and there’s this feeling of excitement and possibility in the air ✨

The whole country is starting to open up again, and people here are SO ready for it 👏🏼

After a loooong winter, everything HALLELUJAH 🧡

Imagine a plan so clear you never had to second-gu Imagine a plan so clear you never had to second-guess it 🧡

You spend your days fully immersed in your trip
Soaking up the landscapes
Making core memories with your people

And not once worrying about the logistics behind it all.

Because everything just FLOWS.

That’s what I want for you.

Days that feel relaxed but full, and leave you wishing you could do it all over again.

My Iceland itineraries make it possible.

Here’s what’s included I’ve included in every one:
✅ Day-by-day plans built around Iceland’s seasons
✅ Pins on everything from hidden gems to gas stations and restrooms
✅ A digital map that keeps you on track as you go
✅ Hotel and tour recommendations along your route
✅ Packing lists and planning checklists

If I could sit down with myself 10 years ago, righ If I could sit down with myself 10 years ago, right after moving to Iceland, I’d probably say:

Relax. It’s all going to work out.

Not perfectly.

Not exactly how you expect.

There are going to be moments where you question everything, where your brain hurts after a 3-hour Icelandic class, and even something as simple as grocery shopping feels way harder than it should.

But that part doesn’t last forever.

You start to find your rhythm here. Things that felt confusing at first just become part of your day, and at some point it all stops feeling so foreign.

And without really noticing when it happened, Iceland just starts to feel like home.

Ten years later, and it’s now a place you can’t picture yourself leaving. 🧡

I’m curious… what would you tell your past self if you could meet them today?

Comment “ICELANDMAP” to get my Iceland Map with ev Comment “ICELANDMAP” to get my Iceland Map with every paid parking location pinned across the country ⬇️

Heads up… paid parking is becoming a LOT more common in Iceland these days.

There are now 45 (❗) locations around the country that charge a parking fee. If you visited every single one, you’d be looking at about $332 USD just to park your car 🫣

It’s not exactly a budget breaker, but it’s definitely more than a few krona - and something most people don’t plan for.

Inside my Iceland Travel Map, I’ve pinned all the paid parking locations, how much they cost, and how to pay.

Some use apps, some have terminals… and it’s way easier to deal with when you already know what to expect.

And beyond parking, the map has 1,500+ pinned locations across Iceland including gas stations, restrooms, food stops, hidden gems, and more, so you’re not scrambling to figure things out as you go.

Comment “ICELANDMAP” and I’ll send you the link with all the details! 👇

If someone said, “Let’s go snorkeling!” your mind If someone said, “Let’s go snorkeling!” your mind probably goes straight to warm beaches, tropical fish, and maybe a coconut drink with a tiny umbrella.

But Iceland does things a little differently. 😅

Think a little less tropical and a whole lot more FREEZING cold.

I’m not gonna lie, I was low-key terrified to try this.

But snorkeling between two continents just sounded like one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences I HAD to do.

And I’m so glad I faced my fear!

The visibility goes on forever, and you’re just floating between these rock walls, slowly drifting with the current.

It’s a very surreal experience, and once I was in, I was pretty calm.

DESPITE the fact that my face went numb almost immediately! 😅

But it was 100% worth it to say I’ve swam between tectonic plates. Definitely one of the most unique things I’ve ever done here!

Would you try this… or is the cold a hard no for you? 👇
