Due to the nature of digital files, all digital products are non-refundable. This includes travel guides, maps, and itineraries. Digital purchases are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or upgrades to a different product or itinerary. Please take time to review all product details before purchasing to ensure you choose the option that best fits your trip.

Trip Planning Consultations
Trip Planning consultations are refundable up to 72 hours before the originally scheduled call. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. If something comes up, I am happy to work with you to reschedule your call for a time that works better.
