Description
I’ve seen some beautiful white sand beaches around the world, but I’ll take Iceland’s black sand beaches any day! Reynisfjara is the iconic black sand beach in South Iceland and has a spot on top of everyones Iceland bucket list. Paired with the large basalt columns and crashing waves, this is one of the most photogenic places in the country. On the evening that this photo was taken, we stayed past the normal tourist rush hour and watched the moon rise into the sky.
